Impact of E-Learning on Learning Mandarin in Elementary Schools During Covid-19

In the teaching and learning process, roles of teachers students will be balanced if there is good communication between them. However, methods from face-to-face to e-learning suddenly prompt look for various alternatives convey material due COVID-19 pandemic. The research analyzes impact on especially Mandarin, in an elementary school. uses a descriptive-analytical method with questionnaires. questionnaires are filled out by 34 fifth grade Bina Kusuma Elementary School, Jakarta. finds positive impacts elearning school regarding Mandarin learning. First, subject more interesting easier understand. Second, can learn right notes pronunciation independently. Third, using WhatsApp Zoom help recall previously learned vocabulary. Fourth, new vocabulary Fifth, motivate gain experience methods. Sixth, manage their time learning, so they become independent. Last, study anywhere anytime without space limits. weakness speed internet. It affects obtaining provided teachers.
